You can't resell the image or redistribute it in any way other than the determined above, as you are not authorized to sublicense, sell or lease the image, nor temporarily or permanently transfer your rights under this agreement to a third party.

This artwork can't be used for minting NFTs or any type of crypto or blockchain trade or training of AI. Don’t use it alongside AI-generated images or text in the same publication.

If you use this illustration in a publication, you must give the illustrator proper credit in the credit section. Here's an example: “some art by Fernando Salvaterra - used with permission”.

The illustrator, Fernando Salvaterra, retains the right to sell and use these images.

This agreement will immediately and automatically terminate if you fail to comply with any terms or conditions of this agreement.
